How can I buy a Gift Voucher?  You can purchase a voucher in 4 ways..

1)Visit us, it only takes a few moments to purchase

2) Call us,  you can purchase a voucher over the phone. We can add credit to your gift'es account or we can send a physical voucher to your address or chosen address with your message on. If your stuck for time, we can even send you an E-Voucher instantly via email that you can print off at home or forward to your giftee

3) Email us, (Please only email if you are unable to visit or call us. We check our emails daily Tue-Sat and cannot guarantee we will see your email on time)

Send us an email and we can respond with our bank details. We can Email your E-Voucher back to you in seconds once seeing your email. If you wish to chose this option, please send us the following details:

• Your first & second name

• Your Email address

• Your gift'es first & second name (we need this for our records in case they lose their voucher 

• The value you would like to add

• Would you like a E-voucher or a physical voucher send in the post?

Post & Packaging is £1.50 and will be added onto your payment. We post all of our vouchers in an attractive silver padded jiffy bag. We use Royal Mail 1st class stamps and post the same day as purchased if possible

How long do the vouchers last? Vouchers are valid for 6 months then expire. We do not accept expired vouchers as a form of payment

What if I lose my voucher? No worries, we have a record of all vouchers, simply provide us with your name or the person who bought it you and we can locate it
